Well if anything was to bring me out of Buddhablog retirement, it was the transformative power of attending a talk by Lama Rod Owens!

True North Insight in Montreal hosted the weekend program on the topic, Love and Fear During Times of War and oh gosh, it was inspiring.

From the moment I set foot in the building, I was greeted with such warmth. What lovely, compassionate, and aware sangha. I say aware because True North Insight self-described mission is that it “seeks to be a sangha where all human beings, with no exceptions, can heal, bloom, shine and experience freedom.” Gives me some serious good feels.
